But what do we mean by that? **WEAR**ABILITY = Compliance. It’s PPE that doesn’t get in the way allowing you to focus on the task at hand. Ultimately, it’s the perfect balance of four main factors: ![Fit](https://d3rbxgeqn1ye9j.cloudfront.net/images/diw5Zhm7ZB6sEoV7W0A9gF63hqc-9sLkzK-vbeEC4mA/w:255/h:100/fn:Y3NtXzI0MC1maXRfNmQxNTBmNDU5Mg:t/cb:01fc8efc5c0d79fa9b9eb7df175e1cda0caff75e/el:1/fq:jpeg:85:avif:70:webp:80/aHR0cHM6Ly9kM3JieGdlcW4xeWU5ai5jbG91ZGZyb250Lm5ldC9maWxlYWRtaW4vd3d3LnV2ZXgtc2FmZXR5LmNvLnVrL01lZGlhL3dlYXJhYmlsaXR5LzI0MC1maXQuanBnPzE2NDMzMDUwNDM "Fit") **Fit** **Proper fit** One size does not fit all. It may seem obvious, but properly-fitting eyewear that has been selected for the individual, their workplace and takes into account compatibility with other PPE can help avoid accidents, reduce discomfort, increase productivity and give wearers confidence. ![Comfort](https://d3rbxgeqn1ye9j.cloudfront.net/images/KeVUf1GKtGwayLJCkKtJm5ckLnVKAEKICj-9Xx5NhRQ/w:255/h:100/fn:Y3NtXzI0MC1jb21mb3J0XzU5N2NmZWJmMWU:t/cb:8ca041adb2895e0cddf80f0791be1f59c18c1174/el:1/fq:jpeg:85:avif:70:webp:80/aHR0cHM6Ly9kM3JieGdlcW4xeWU5ai5jbG91ZGZyb250Lm5ldC9maWxlYWRtaW4vd3d3LnV2ZXgtc2FmZXR5LmNvLnVrL01lZGlhL3dlYXJhYmlsaXR5LzI0MC1jb21mb3J0LmpwZz8xNjQzMzA1Mzc3 "Comfort") **Comfort** **All day comfort** With proper fit comes comfort. Safety eyewear not only protects against mechanical hazards (workplace debris and contaminants), it should be free of pressure points, lightweight, breathable and not slip. It’s only when PPE fits well and is comfortable that it remains worn throughout the day. ![Performance](https://d3rbxgeqn1ye9j.cloudfront.net/images/xvN83UA_-YMl4ErKT3Eq5Yw55Y0rb3at7kF0BgLYAK0/w:255/h:100/fn:Y3NtXzI0MC1wZXJmb3JtYW5jZV8xZTkxNjU4MDdk:t/cb:5ed75f7c38a15ba0a77137294ee5060cbf55a8d4/el:1/fq:jpeg:85:avif:70:webp:80/aHR0cHM6Ly9kM3JieGdlcW4xeWU5ai5jbG91ZGZyb250Lm5ldC9maWxlYWRtaW4vd3d3LnV2ZXgtc2FmZXR5LmNvLnVrL01lZGlhL3dlYXJhYmlsaXR5LzI0MC1wZXJmb3JtYW5jZS5qcGc_MTY0MzMwNTM3Nw "Performance") **Performance** **Product performance** We understand that the design, quality of materials, lens tints and coating technology all have a bearing on the wearer experience. Undoubtedly it decreases the possibility of an injury, but if you have poorly fitted eyewear you are putting yourself at a higher risk as the PPE can create a distraction from workplace hazards. The first and most vital thing to remember is that one size does not fit all. Head and facial shapes all differ requiring a range of eyewear from which employees can select. Involvement in this process not only ensures a proper fit, crucial for the wearer’s safety, it also increases the likelihood that eyewear stays worn throughout the working day. Adaptable features such as lens inclination and extendable side arms allow wearers to achieve the ultimate close fit (to keep hazards out) and find a position that means they can work comfortably, confidently and with as little distraction as possible. ### Safety glasses for smaller faces ![Safety glasses for smaller faces](https://d3rbxgeqn1ye9j.cloudfront.net/images/hj44qgCQuYvSp0JEMU_tRX70f1xEMvQP1NaAua_1gEE/w:345/h:217/fn:Y3NtX2ZpdC1waGVvcy1zaXplc181MWM4NTdiNGQ5:t/cb:6f2503d3922379409e6c84f2e12c4117a2e55c76/el:1/fq:jpeg:85:avif:70:webp:80/aHR0cHM6Ly9kM3JieGdlcW4xeWU5ai5jbG91ZGZyb250Lm5ldC9maWxlYWRtaW4vd3d3LnV2ZXgtc2FmZXR5LmNvLnVrL01lZGlhL3dlYXJhYmlsaXR5L2ZpdC1waGVvcy1zaXplcy5qcGc_MTczOTE5MDczMA "Safety glasses for smaller faces") Our range of safety eyewear includes designs specifically for those with smaller faces.
